Placing an Order
Ordering from Lily Wynter is easy. When you are ready to make a purchase, simply click “Add to Basket”. Then, either return to the website to continue shopping, or proceed to our secure checkout. When you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail with delivery details.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed, but you will not be charged until goods are dispatched.
We offer two secure payment options:

Pay securely through your bank, using your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. To ensure maximum security, PayPal, our Payment Service Provider, will process the transaction. At the checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal Secure Payment Page, where you will be asked to enter your details. PayPal is a world leader in on-line payments, so we can guarantee that you are protected by the latest secure payment technology.
Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you can use their secure on-line payment service without entering your credit or debit card details.
All payment details are encrypted and secured by Paypal, a leading Payments Service Provider.
Your financial details will not be kept by us or on our website.
We will deliver outside the United Kingdom. Please contact us BEFORE placing an order to check the cost of shipping.
Payment through Paypal only please. Any customs or import duties levied will be the responsibility of the buyer as we have no control over these charges.
We aim to dispatch orders within two to three working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately by e-mail.
A delivery charge of £3.90 applies to all UK mainland orders up to the value of £50.00.
Free delivery on orders £50 and over.
Please contact us for special requirements such as next-day delivery, which will be at extra cost. For delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Isles of Scilly, please contact us before placing an order.
To safeguard the environment, we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
All goods are quality checked before dispatch to ensure that they are sent out in perfect condition.We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. However, we will always assist you in making a claim, by providing proof of posting. Damaged items must be reported to Lily Wynter within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Lily Wynter, so we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund, excluding the cost of post and packing, provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please e-mail us for authorisation before returning goods, explaining the reason for return. We will then contact you with an authorisation code to enable you to return the items.
Goods are returned to Lily Wynter at your own expense, except where the item is faulty, in which case we will refund postage up to the value of £6.00. (Your statutory rights are not affected). You must obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Faulty goods, ie where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days.
If you wish to make a return:
1. E-mail us for authorisation, giving details of your reasons for returning the item. No goods may be returned without prior authorisation.
2. When we have contacted you, complete the returns form, stating whether you would like a refund or exchange.

For reasons of hygiene, please note that cutlery and earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.

You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are correct and the colour reproduction of the photographs corresponds as closely as possible to the original. We cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour which may occur as a result of your browser software. Many of the items we sell are hand-crafted, woven, or aged for a vintage/distressed effect and as a result, slight variations in pattern, colour and texture may occur.
